Key Responsibilities:
⭐ Manage a diverse client portfolio, including complex structures
⭐ Lead or assist with team organisation, workflows, and delegation
⭐ Contribute to billing, WIP monitoring, and compliance oversight
⭐ Support or lead on appraisals, training and staff development
⭐ Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance operational processes

What You’ll Bring:
⭐ STEP/ICSA/ACCA/ACA qualified or significant trust experience
⭐ Strong knowledge of trust and company administration
⭐ Experience mentoring and managing others
⭐ Commercial awareness and confidence managing client relationships
⭐ Proficient in Microsoft Office and trust systems
