Trust Officer / Senior Trust Officer


This role delivering high-quality client service in a fiduciary firm, is open to candidates at Officer or Senior Officer level.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Administer a varied portfolio, including complex trust/company structures
⭐ Prepare statutory records, payments, bookkeeping entries and client correspondence
⭐ Liaise with clients, advisors and third parties
⭐ Maintain compliance records and support periodic reviews
⭐ Mentor and train junior colleagues (with broader leadership responsibilities at Senior level)
⭐ Review draft accounts and maintain strong financial record-keeping

What you’ll bring:
⭐ STEP/ICSA/ACCA/ACA qualification or trust administration experience
⭐ Excellent communication, organisation and client relationship skills
⭐ Confidence mentoring and supporting junior team members (enhanced at Senior level)
⭐ Good understanding of AML, compliance and industry regulations
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trust administration systems
