In-House Paralegal


Our client is seeking an experienced 5-year qualified paralegal to join its team, working in a flexible role that spans trust administration and finance transactions.

Key responsibilities will include supporting the administration of trusts and fiduciary structures, assisting with the review and preparation of legal documentation for financing transactions, conducting compliance checks and risk assessments, liaising with clients, banks, and professional advisers to facilitate transactions, drafting legal documents, resolutions and correspondence, and providing research and support on regulatory and legal developments.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to work across multi-jurisdictional matters. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and organisational abilities are essential for this role.
