OSA are exclusively working with a private single-family office to assist them with sourcing an additional director to join their small investment team. Based in Guernsey, this role has arisen due to the growth of the business.
A driven, self-starter approach is required with the capability to understand, research, analyse, compare and explain a range of investments, presenting their positive and negative attributes in easily understandable formats.
Primarily the candidate will focus on property assets and renewables and, along with managing a diverse asset book, the candidate will also have the responsibility for reviewing and agreeing legal contracts related to them.
Looking for a team player who is good at prioritising and organising and works in a professional manner dealing with highly confidential information.
