Company Secretary / Governance Officer

An interesting new role where our client is looking for a new addition to their team to assist with the corporate governance and company secretarial requirements. You will be working closely with the MD and assisting her at group level.

Our client is experiencing significant growth and they would be looking for this individual to become a director in 12 – 18 months time.
