OSA’s most recent statistics are showing us that putting people first really is the way to success.

At OSA we don’t work to KPI targets, so we are able to carefully select the CVs we send to each client, making sure that only candidates that are well-matched to the client and the role requirements are put forward. For every two CVs we send we achieve an interview. A success ratio that we are very proud of.

This means that we are doing our job right. If a company has engaged the services of a recruitment agency to help them find their next star employee, they want to receive a manageable CV short list of the most suited candidates. At OSA we are here to help our clients, working with them as effectively as we can. We certainly won’t flood their inbox with CVs that aren’t relevant.

Confidentiality is at the heart of recruitment, especially for candidates. By tailoring our selections we ensure that as a candidate you know that your CV will be kept private and only be sent to the companies that match your needs and give the best opportunities.

COVID-19 update

As you are all aware Guernsey is now on lockdown and we wanted to reassure everyone that the whole OSA team are working remotely and the office space is closed.

Whilst in person meetings are no longer taking place, our work is still continuing: clients are still recruiting, candidates are seeking jobs and interviews are still happening - all done via email, calls, Skype, Zoom and Teams. Technology ensures everyone stays safe and the community is protected, but also means we can keep going even on lockdown, our new business as normal for now!
