Admin Assistant / Company Secretary

Working 30 hours per week, the role holder will carry out various administration tasks and some company secretarial duties.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the role holder will carry out duties such as; answering telephone calls, providing general administrative support, making travel arrangements for staff and clients and organising and preparing for meetings. If you are confident in taking minutes and creating board packs, have keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills, then this might be the role for you!
