A leading European Private Equity firm, is seeking a proactive, well organised and self-motivated individual who is able to work flexibly around the hours and needs of the team.
This role includes a range of administrative and secretarial duties reporting to the CIO's Executive Assistant. The role holder will assist with the smooth running of the office by arranging catering for meetings, ensuring meetings rooms are set-up, filing and shredding, answering the phones and greeting guests. Further duties will include; booking travel and accommodation, creating travel itineraries and updating the company's CRM system.
Candidates must have highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
