Our client is seeking an adaptable individual with good computer skills and customer experience to take on this role within a dynamic team.
The role holder will; communicate professionally with customers via telephone and email, carry out video calls for certification of document requirements, prioritise work load, monitor outstanding deliverables and perform Anti-Money Laundering, due diligence and customer risk reviews.
It would be advantageous for candidates to have CDD, AML and risk assessment awareness but this is not essential.
