Our client is looking for an honest and self-sufficient individual with a general understanding of GFSC regulations and Guernsey company law. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
Within the role you will supervise transactions under client entities, contribute to the oversight and development of policies, liaise with contact firms, take responsibility for delegating work, encourage a risk management culture, and oversee the organisation of board meetings. It would be desirable (although not essential) if applicants had experience working in funds and had previously worked within the Guernsey legal and regulatory environment.
