Our client is seeking a part-time or full time employee to work on a shift rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
The role holder will provide end to end support as the single point of contact for the customer, take payments and resolve customers normal billing enquiries, diagnose customer issues, manage conference calls and bureau services and actively promote the company's products and services.
Applicants must have an excellent telephone manner, listening skills and customer focus.
