Senior Administrator - Transfer Agency

A fund services company are looking for a Senior team member to join the company.
The successful candidate will meet deadlines, conduct themselves in an organised manner, assist and supervise the collection of Customer Due Diligence and reconciliation and review of all investor dealings, among other duties. This role will also include bookkeeping, client relationship management and maintenance of records.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in general administration obtained with a major fund administrator, trust company or investment manager is essential. Candidates must be willing to study for the International Diploma in Financial Administration (IDFA) or equivalent and attend seminars and in house training. Microsoft Office skills are required and experience with eDocs, PFS-Paxus and Calastone / EMX would be desirable.
