Client Case Management Associate

This role is responsible for undertaking end-to-end case management for multi jurisdictional customer on-boarding. You will collect client due diligence, support fellow team members and ensure that all internal procedures are completed while excellent customer experience is provided.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience in a compliance or customer focused servicing environment within the finance industry. Knowledge of fund investments or life assurance would be an asset. You will need to have good IT skills and knowledge of AML, CDD and risk assessments.
