Assistant Administrator, Private Clients

You will be ensuring a comprehensive and quality administration service is provided to the international client base and will be working on a specific client portfolio which includes trust, companies, foundations and limited partnerships.
Responsibilities will include undertaking bookkeeping to maintain accurate accounting records, drafting written instructions and on-line payments, drafting minutes and liaising with intermediaries (banks, law firms and other professional advices) by email, telephone and written correspondence, as required. Good GSCEs / A-levels, basic use of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel and 1-2 years’ experience is required This company encourages people to be individual and feel their best.
