This role provides company secretary services to a range of funds, and requires an individual with at least 5 years' experience, knowledge of UKLA Listing Rules, TISE Listing Rules and MAR, and the ability to work to deadlines without compromising on standards or accuracy.
Duties will include undertaking duties for both new and existing funds, helping with the set up of corporate entities and LPs, liaising with relevant authorities preparing board packs, notices and other communication and ensure all databases are maintained.
Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge is required, as well as knowledge of software such as Board Intelligence and Viewpoint. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and work well within a team.
