Corporate Services Senior Associate

This role works as part of a team to maintain a portfolio of client corporate structures.
Duties will include maintaining company statutory books, assisting with onboarding, preparing minutes, liaising with the GFSC and assisting with accounts preparation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and have experience of bookkeeping and statutory records, and be computer literate with advanced skills in Word and Excel.
