This role is responsible for developing and managing the company secretarial services, delivering the highest level of client standards at all times whilst ensuring the team operate effectively with best practice.
Duties will include forming and winding up client entities, maintaining statutory records and registers, coordinating and attending client board meetings, preparing agendas and board packs. You will proactively drive business developments as well as mentoring junior staff in an engaging and supportive manner. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a senior role and be ICSA qualified, with strong ethical integrity, excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the client.
