This role requires an IT specialist with 2-3 years' experience to support clients remotely with a variety of issues.
You will need to be able to assist clients with Microsoft desktop operating systems, bespoke business applications, PC and server hardware issues, as well as general user issues. You will also assist with project work when needed including server patching, upgrades and new system installation.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, the ability to deliver excellent customer service and a problem-solving approach.
