Carrying out routine day-to-day administration of fund structures, the successful candidate will have sound technical financial services knowledge and computer literacy skills.
Duties will include; co-ordinating company secretarial matters, the preparation of board and shareholder meeting minutes, ensuring regulatory and statutory fillings are carried out in a timely manner and preparing manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses.
The role holder will be expected to be studying towards a relevant qualification and it would be advantageous for applicants to have knowledge of the Guernsey Funds Industry and structures.
