Our client is looking for an individual approved by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission to support their Head of Risk & Compliance, guaranteeing the company remains compliant with all relevant regulatory and anti-money laundering legislation.
The successful candidate will attend ‘Compliance and Risk Management Committee’ meetings and chair them when the Head of Risk & Compliance is not present, investigate suspicious activity reports from staff and determine if the suspicion is justified, maintain registers that the GFSC expect to be kept, and manage the day to day running of the team.
