Our client is seeking a confident individual with excellent attention to detail to join their support team.
Some of the responsibilities of the successful candidate will include handling client telephone calls, audio and copy typing, drafting client invoices, preparing schedules of work and scanning and archiving legal documents. It would be desirable for applicants to have secretarial experience in either the medical, legal or financial services sector or to be holding a recognised secretarial qualification. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
