An established and dynamic IT support services company are seeking a Technical Consultant to support clients onsite and remotely.
Working within the Senior team, the role holder will carry out duties relating to the provision of IT related services, including helpdesk duties. The role holder will respond to support calls, assist with ticket escalation and deal with the resolution of issues, carry out site management of key clients, take an active role in engineering tasks and assist with project work. It would be desirable for applicants to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the IT industry.
