Due to continuing growth, our client is seeking a new team member who's primary responsibility is to support clients onsite and remotely.
Duties of the role holder will include; assisting end users with the diagnosis and resolution of desktop, responding to support calls, carrying out health checks and preventative maintenance checks, and supporting Microsoft and third-party application software.
It would be desirable for the candidate to have 2-4 years experience working on a help desk or technical IT position, a good understanding of Hyper-V and VMware, and experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
