Client Services Manager

The successful candidate will manage a team of Pensions Administrators. If you are a problem solver, have time management skills and can communicate effectively on all levels, then this might be the role for you!
The role holder will carry out the day-to-day management of the team, oversee the member administration of local and international Pension Schemes, attend client meetings when required and provide periodic reports on service metrics. Applicants will need to have 5 years in a financial services environment (or similar) and will have a working knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing Regulations and requirements.
